How can I request a cancellation?
To request a cancellation, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long do I have to request a cancellation?
Cancellations may be requested up to 30 calendar days before the event, however, only 50% of the tuition is considered refundable after 45 calendar days before the event.
Is there a fee to cancel?
A cancellation charge of $100 applies to all event cancellations. If only 50% of the tuition is considered refundable, the $100 fee will be deducted prior to calculating the refundable portion of the tuition.
Are partial refunds available related to multiple attendee registrations?
If a cancellation is requested for less than the amount of attendees in the original order, they are considered individually and all applicable fees will apply to each cancellation. Note: If a partial cancellation removes the qualification for a quantity discount, the discount will be removed prior to calculating the amount refunded.
