ICMS Problem Reporting Management System

The ICMS Problem Reporting Management System (PRMS) generates a unique record for each Problem Report. A Problem Report provides a simple interface designed to allow creation by anyone. It provides a detailed email-based workflow addressing the assignment, investigation, implementation, verification and closure. Automatic e-mail notification. Safety related Problem Reports are flagged. Status updates and assignments are restricted / secure.
